      The Position

      Healthcare is changing drastically: radical innovation, increased openness to change, increasing patient empowerment, multiple sources of medical information and pressure on public spending. We want to transform the healthcare landscape and finance's role in this transformation together. Therefore, we are looking for a Finance Enterprise Partner for our dynamic and innovative Austrian affiliate.

      What to expect

      • As an FEP you will report directly to our Finance Director and you will be part of the cross-functional Finance & Business Processes team (FBP).

      • You will leverage your financial and analytical expertise to provide data-supported insights and proper analysis to support the company's sustainability in the short, medium, and long term.

      • Some of the key responsibilities involve partnering closely with Disease Area squads, supporting the event-driven planning process, and providing transparency around Key Performance Metrics, impact, and value creation, as well as the affiliates' financial performance.

      • You are also expected to enable the organization to make sound resource allocation by supporting an agile and flexible framework and building the capabilities in all key decision makers.

      • It is expected of the FEP to act as a member of a wider network within the Global Finance community: not only to draw support for the local challenges but to also engage actively in the Outcome Enabling Initiatives across the global organization.

      Who you are

      • You have a degree in business, commerce, finance, or economics. Having an MBA / Postgraduate degree in related fields is a plus.

      • You are experienced as Finance Business Partner in an agile/networked organization with a proven track record of effectively leading cross-functional projects.

      • Experience in the Healthcare market and understanding of the Austrian healthcare market is considered a strong plus.

      • With strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer focus, you can identify and prioritize initiatives with the most significant strategic impact on the organization.

      • While working on multiple projects at a time, you can find creative ways to solve big picture challenges and are able to influence multiple stakeholders.

      • You can quickly build effective relationships with internal and external business partners, and you have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
