      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage commission reconciliations for new accounts, including reviewing documentation and aligning it with client contracts
      - Assist in creating and maintaining client-facing financial documents during the onboarding process
      - Communicate with clients to ensure all required onboarding materials are received
      - Track onboarding tasks and paperwork using automated project management software (Monday.com)
      - Research and resolve any roadblocks identified during the onboarding process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Experience in commission analysis and reconciliation
      - Proficiency in Business-to-Business written communication
      - Intermediate knowledge of Excel
      - Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
      - Familiarity with reconciliation processes
      - Experience with Aptean (also referred to as GenWeb or AFS)
      - Knowledge of Monday.com project management software
