What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio
- Process invoices for both customers and vendors effectively
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor master files
- Complete GL account reconciliations and provide analysis on financial results
- Collaborate with internal users on strategic projects and support month-end/year-end closing processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Billing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a remote environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Workday
- Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Advanced or native English language proficiency
