What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare detailed financial reports to support decision-making for products, customers, and suppliers
- Conduct analysis to increase sales productivity and operational efficiency
- Support the annual budget process and prepare financial forecasts and variance analyses
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and the design of operating metric analysis
- Identify trends and provide recommendations for revenue enhancement and cost savings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related field or accounting
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and automation tools to improve efficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Cognos or other Business Intelligence software
- Familiarity with business analytics and data visualization techniques
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) or RPA tools
