- Experience translating data into clear financial insights for leaders and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of building models, forecasts, and/or budgets that support business planning
- Confidence working with senior leadership teams and communicating effectively across audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office-especially Excel and PowerPoint-for analysis and executive-ready materials
- Experience working with data tools and querying datasets to support reporting and analysis
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests independently or as part of a team
- Experience with government reporting in a corporate environment
- Experience assessing competitive environments and synthesizing trends into actionable takeaways for leadership
- A solutions-oriented mindset, including experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve analysis, reporting efficiency, or decision-making
- Comfort improving or streamlining reporting processes (templates, dashboards, recurring deliverables)
- Supporting finance, investment and/or accounting needs wherever called for within the organization. Developing financial modeling, reports and presentations for management.
- Filing tax forms and other government reports required of the organization.
- Performing generic financial planning, investment, forecasting and/or budgeting as needed by a given business unit.
- Identifying trends and developments in competitive environments and presenting findings to senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
- 3 years - Reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven priority-setting and project management skills
BlueCare of Tennessee is hiring a Financial Analyst to support finance and accounting needs across the organization. In this consultative role, you'll partner with business leaders to build financial models, reporting, and management-ready presentations-helping guide planning, forecasting, budgeting, and key decisions while ensuring government reporting is completed accurately and on time.
