      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and present monthly financial statements and KPIs for executives and the board of directors
      - Conduct variance analyses to identify performance drivers and recommend corrective actions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track the financial impact of business initiatives
      - Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, resolving discrepancies with Accounting
      - Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes through best practices and workflow automation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
      - Strong Excel skills and solid understanding of financial statements
      - Familiarity with essential SaaS metrics or eagerness to learn
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A, or Corporate/Investment Banking
      - Exposure to Salesforce, NetSuite, and/or Tableau is a plus

      - Advanced skills in financial analysis and reporting
