What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform monthly close responsibilities, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods while identifying optimization action plans
- Assist in monthly forecasting activities and prepare executive-level summaries
- Develop the annual budget and long-range plan for Regional Business Offices
- Provide ad-hoc financial analytics and support decision-making related to revenue cycle costs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance analytics
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP and Essbase
- Proven success in building effective business partnerships at the senior level
- Comfort with developing presentations for stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
