      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, analyze, and monitor financial data to support decision-making processes
      - Develop, prepare, interpret, and monitor financial analysis and forecasts
      - Provide financial information and serve as a knowledge resource to operations managers
      - Collaborate with leadership to make sound financial recommendations
      - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field; or Associate degree plus six years’ experience; or ten years’ experience in a healthcare setting in accounting or finance
      - Minimum of two years' experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
      - Proficiency in spreadsheet software, with working knowledge of functions and macros
      - For Senior Financial Analyst I: Four years' experience in accounting, finance, or decision support
      - Demonstrated ability to complete independent financial analysis and collaborate with managers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two years of experience within a healthcare setting in accounting, budgeting, and forecasting or financial analysis
      - Experience using budgeting/forecasting software
      - Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license awarded by the state of Wisconsin
      - Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHEP) certification awarded by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
