What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare consolidated financial budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support Shared Services and IT business objectives
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement
- Collaborate on annual corporate budget formation and quarterly forecasting processes
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ad-hoc financial reporting for division leaders
- Monitor and report on actual costs versus projections, optimizing Shared Services expenditures and CapEx performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline
- 1+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and macros
- Solid working knowledge of accounting concepts, including accruals and depreciation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience evaluating and improving financial processes within Shared Services and CapEx planning
- Familiarity with Anaplan, Planful, PowerBI, or other ERP and forecasting tools
- Prior experience in healthcare or information technology
