      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and mentor a team of benefits consultants to foster collaboration and high performance
      - Assess client needs and industry trends to develop tailored benefits strategies
      - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices in benefits administration
      - Collaborate with clients to implement and optimize benefits programs that enhance employee engagement
      - Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert guidance and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
      - 2-4 years of experience in benefits consulting or management, with a solid understanding of benefits strategy
      - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a consulting environment with a focus on employee benefits
      - Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues in the workplace
      - Advanced degree or certifications related to benefits consulting or human resources
