Job Description
- Req#: 4642503008
- Report directly to the CFO, gaining high-level visibility and the unique opportunity for hands-on mentorship and professional growth under an experienced financial leader.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Finance leaders to build and maintain revenue forecasts, pipeline models, and sales capacity plans that drive growth and alignment across teams.
- Develop and deliver clear, actionable insights through recurring dashboards and performance reports-supporting decision-making around bookings, revenue, sales cycles, and pricing.
- Collaborate on deal strategy and pricing, modeling margins, structuring proposals, and evaluating the financial impact of custom engagements and compensation plans.
- Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and private equity reporting with a focus on revenue performance, sales productivity, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Contribute to scalable reporting frameworks and cross-functional growth efforts-including new market entry, service line strategy, and post-acquisition integration.
- You bring a sharp analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to financial planning-grounded in a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. With 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Revenue Operations, you're comfortable navigating the nuances of a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment, ideally within professional services or consulting.
- You're fluent in spreadsheets and dynamic models, using Excel or Google Sheets to turn complex data into clear, strategic insights. Your experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce or Pipedrive, PSA or ERP systems like NetSuite or OpenAir, and BI platforms such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, gives you a strong foundation for scalable, cross-functional reporting.
- You're curious, detail-oriented, and proactive-comfortable building forecasts, analyzing performance, and contributing to high-stakes planning conversations. Whether partnering with Sales leadership or supporting executive decision-making, you bring clarity and connection to the numbers.
- You thrive in environments where things are evolving, and you're energized by the opportunity to build, improve, and contribute to a high-functioning team with a shared sense of purpose.
- You're a natural connector-skilled at bridging the front lines of the business with leadership. You communicate clearly across personalities and teams, bringing empathy and collaboration to a role that blends people and numbers.
