What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in health or financial services

- Basic understanding of health savings accounts (HSAs) and related financial concepts
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI technologies
- Familiarity with healthcare consumerism and financial literacy programs
