What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage invoicing and collections for clinical trials, including resolving disputes and generating monthly reports
- Conduct cash reviews, cash posting, and update cash and unallocated cash reports
- Perform month-end activities such as revenue and expense reporting and reconciliation
- Execute study reconciliations and assist with special projects as assigned
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders through meetings and email
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or General Finance
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 or more years of experience in Clinical Trials Post Award, including invoicing and collections
- Experience with Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Innovative and analytical thinking skills with process implementation experience
