      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and reconcile financial statements while preparing standardized and specialized financial reports
      - Serve as a source of information on financial policies and procedures to staff, faculty, students, and external contacts
      - Establish and maintain accurate financial records and files, monitoring account expenditures
      - Oversee and instruct support staff as needed, including requisitioning supplies and equipment
      - Perform clerical functions incidental to financial activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four years of related work experience, with at least two years in the same job family at a lower level, or two years of related work experience with an Associate's degree
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Prior experience in a busy office environment providing financial support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with ERP financial systems
      - Familiarity with the employer's financial processes and systems, including university policies and procedures
