      Position Overview

      We are seeking a Financial Compliance & Education Specialist to support the delivery of financial education while ensuring adherence to internal standards, documentation requirements, and regulatory guidelines. This role balances client-facing education with process discipline and compliance awareness.

      This position is well suited for professionals who value structure, accuracy, and ethical communication. Prior financial services experience is not required; licensing and compliance training are provided.
      Key Responsibilities
      • Deliver structured financial education within approved guidelines
      • Ensure all client interactions follow compliance and documentation standards
      • Maintain accurate and complete records for education and onboarding activities
      • Support audit readiness and internal quality controls
      • Participate in ongoing compliance, licensing, and professional training
      Required Qualifications
      • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
      • Clear verbal and written communication skills
      • High ethical standards and professionalism
      • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
      • Willingness to obtain required state licensing (training provided)
      • Successful completion of a background check
