What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare monthly financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning
- Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, providing observations and preliminary recommendations
- Communicate variances to management and provide interpretation of financial data through various formats
- Monitor headcount, FTEs, and program spending to ensure adherence to budgets
- Develop new reporting tools and enhance key processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or financial analysis
- Proficiency with financial planning and reporting tools
- Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting and standing
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Experience with financial presentations and special projects
- Familiarity with advanced financial analysis techniques
- Knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics and reporting standards
