      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
      - Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including KPI and variance analysis
      - Develop financial models and dashboards for revenue analysis
      - Collaborate with leaders across departments to support strategic decisions
      - Train and mentor other analysts and operations staff on data utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in tech/SaaS/government contracting
      - Strong financial modeling, reporting, and Excel skills
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus)
      - Proficiency in Windows operating suite and familiarity with financial systems/ERPs
      - SQL database knowledge, including writing queries and data analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a small team or startup-like environment with high visibility
      - Familiarity with SaaS/technology metrics and investor reporting
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
