What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare monthly consolidated and entity-level financial packages, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports to support leadership insights
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasting for all entities
- Support aircraft owner-reporting, reconciling financial data from accounting systems to operational platforms
- Conduct flight operations analyses, including creating pro-forma P&Ls and evaluating rate structures or new aircraft onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the aviation industry or knowledge of business aviation
- Familiarity with accounting systems and operational platforms
- Experience developing KPI dashboards and performance reports
- Advanced Excel skills, including familiarity with macros and complex formulas
