      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Perform banking transactions while verifying caller identity to prevent fraud
      - Educate customers about products and services related to credit unions and banks
      - Navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously while documenting interaction details
      - Maintain professional communication and effectively manage challenging customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Experience with general banking knowledge and familiarity with banking platforms preferred
      - Exceptional attendance record with the ability to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
      - Proficient typing, listening, and reading skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
      - Ability to handle stress and maintain excellent customer service during high-pressure situations
