      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer complex inbound account inquiries related to Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products
      - Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment, password, sign-on issues, and other online-related questions
      - Process new account applications, register referrals, transactions, credit line increase requests, and payments
      - Handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy while delivering excellent customer service
      - Demonstrate technical troubleshooting acumen and the ability to navigate multiple systems at once with dual monitors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in customer service
      - Quiet, distraction-free, secure workspace
      - Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
      - Reliable Internet connection with minimum required speeds
      - Clear and professional communication skills
      - High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
      - Ability to turn on the camera when requested by leadership
      - Experience working in a virtual environment
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
