      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and delegate daily departmental tasks to ensure timely completion
      - Provide training and assistance to new departmental personnel
      - Perform data entry and maintain computer files relevant to the assigned area
      - Accept and process cash, check, and credit card payments; record receipts and perform daily verification
      - Manage the Gas Card and SunPass processes, including audits and updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree required; additional experience may substitute for education
      - Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience, including two (2) years of direct experience
      - Demonstrated initiative and independent judgment in resolving accounting discrepancies
      - Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervisory review needed
      - Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in financial management or cash handling
      - Knowledge of accounting software such as OnBase and Advantage
      - Familiarity with banking and office supply management processes
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Previous experience in a governmental or public service role
