      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate appropriate purchases and financial transactions according to institutional policies and procedures
      - Collaborate in the development, refinement, and documentation of the instructor payment process for continuing education programs
      - Provide general financial support regarding instructor payments, purchases, and expense allocation
      - Draft communications and reports, and maintain organization of varied records for administrative support
      - Serve as a primary liaison with internal and external units in program planning, implementation, and delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and maintaining accurate financial transactions and records, payroll reporting, and processing instructor payments
      - At least 1 year of experience working collaboratively across teams and with external partners
      - Experience learning, adapting, and complying with a variety of policies and procedures
      - Strong communication skills to resolve complex inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
      - Bachelor’s Degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a university or continuing education setting
      - Familiarity with university systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Canvas, Zoom, Kaltura) or similar software programs
      - Comfort with hybrid work environments and supporting both in-person and online program delivery
      - Understanding of agreements for hiring ad hoc or temporary instructors in continuing education programs
      - Ability to recognize and solve problems, meet deadlines, and make independent decisions
