What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with internal staff and external customers and suppliers to clarify differences and reconcile conflicts
- Review quality errors and provide feedback; perform supplemental audits as needed
- Serve as project lead for process improvement initiatives
- Pay bills and invoices in accordance with established methods and procedures
- Make deposits for incoming receipts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Business) can be substituted for 2 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be a team player and organized with the ability to handle multiple projects
