Job Description

- To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
- To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence
- To track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level
- Previous and practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment - Essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
- Previous experience of preparation and distribution of volume orders
- Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports
- Experience in staff development , 1-2-1, disciplinary procedures , work load management - Essential

Pay Rate: £34,480.23 (Plus shift Premium)

Shift patterns: 5 off 7 (14:00 -22:00) Evening Shift
