      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide fiscal support for the Music Department and Cavalier Marching Band
      - Coordinate event logistics for the Cavalier Marching Band
      - Offer administrative support to the Music Department
      - Serve as a fiscal assistant to the Department Manager
      - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Music Department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills
      - Attention to detail and ability to write legibly
      - Ability to lift, push, or pull less than 20 lbs
      - Willingness to sit for prolonged periods and frequently bend/stoop

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree
      - Two years of previous work experience in an administrative role
      - Experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Previous experience with Music/Marching Band, including experience as a student
      - Familiarity with employer's internal systems (Chrome River, Oracle, Workday) and policies
