      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and enter fiscal calculations, including part-time hours and overtime, while analyzing and correcting discrepancies
      - Process semi-monthly payroll leave and attendance, ensuring accurate timekeeping
      - Review and assess overtime and leave reports, investigating and resolving any issues
      - Manage purchasing, student funds, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
      - Maintain Leave Tracker and the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with attention to detail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Equivalent education and experience totaling three (3) years
      - Three (3) years of fiscal record-keeping experience, including HRMS or Leave Tracker systems experience
      - Minimum of one (1) year of data entry and/or timekeeping experience
      - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Washington State leave and payroll processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HRMS, AFRS, and Leave Tracker
      - Proficiency in math and use of a 10-key calculator
      - Ability to quickly learn state laws, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), and various state agency policies related to payroll and leave
