      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide complex administrative and fiscal supervision to maintenance leadership and staff
      - Develop and implement fiscal and administrative procedures for efficient operations
      - Review, audit, and reconcile financial, payroll, inventory, and purchasing activities
      - Oversee procurement of materials and supplies, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies
      - Supervise a fiscal technician, including work assignment and performance evaluation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing administrative and fiscal support, including auditing and reconciling financial records
      - Experience processing or auditing payroll and financial data, identifying discrepancies
      - Working knowledge of purchasing procedures and compliance tracking
      - Effective communication skills with supervisors, staff, and external agencies
      - Proficiency in standard office software and financial management systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fiscal or accounting work within a public-sector environment
      - Supervisory or lead work experience, including managing workloads and employee performance
