- Recruit onboard and lead personal trainers
- Coach the team to hit session utilization and sales goals
- Lead PT integration during new member onboarding
- Deliver an excellent member experience through training engagement
- Oversee certifications schedules and client programming
- Ensure PT team follows brand and service standards
- Active personal training certification through a recognized organization
- Two or more years of training experience
- Experience managing or mentoring trainers preferred
- Sales experience or willingness to learn
- CPR or AED certification required
- PT revenue bonus potential
