What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional fitting experiences at consumer events, matching golfers with the right equipment
- Conduct 30-150 fitting events per season, primarily from Tuesday to Saturday
- Provide industry-leading product knowledge and coordinate event logistics
- Build lasting connections with dedicated golfers to enhance brand loyalty
- Represent the Titleist brand at various events, including Titleist Thursdays and tournaments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experienced club fitter with a strong passion for golf performance
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with technology, including TrackMan and mobile apps
- Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment
- Must possess a valid driver's license and social security card
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable standing outdoors for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day
- Strong presentation abilities and superior product knowledge
