      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze accounts for unusual or suspicious activity using the bank's anti-money laundering system
      - Process alerts to determine whether to clear or escalate for further investigation
      - Conduct thorough investigations into account irregularities and document findings
      - Communicate deficiencies detected during account monitoring with bank personnel
      - Maintain proficiency in BSA/AML compliance and adhere to established policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of banking experience in a BSA/AML Analyst position within a financial institution
      - Proven experience in monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing account activity for fraud or suspicious activity
      - Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and familiarity with AML monitoring systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to draft reports and correspondence
      - Bachelor's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) and/or CAFP (Certified AML and Fraud Professional) certification
      - Advanced experience in conducting investigations and enhanced due diligence
      - Strong understanding of bank operations and ability to navigate banking systems
