      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide accurate documentation on all maintenance and repair events
      - Verify that all repair and maintenance work is necessary and performed at a competitive price
      - Negotiate repair costs on behalf of the customer and document cost savings
      - Ensure appropriate preventative maintenance schedules are followed
      - Assist with the development of processes and tools to streamline maintenance management services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of technical automotive experience required
      - Current/Prior ASE certification and ASE Master Technician
      - Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships and team communication
      - Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various resource systems
      - Ability to work a hybrid work schedule as needed and scheduled weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior work experience in a Business Center environment
      - Proficient in MS Office Programs, familiarity with MSD and Salesforce CRM
      - Prior fleet management services experience
      - Associates/Bachelor's Degree in automotive-related programs preferred
      - Fluency in French or Spanish is preferred
