- Management of maintained locomotives - Inclusive & supportive culture - Permanent fulltime role, located in Spotswood UGLs Manufacturing & Maintenance business are seeking a high performing Fleet Manager to join the team at our Spotswood Locomotive Maintenance Facility. This role will be offered on a permanent fulltime basis. About your role Reporting to the Site Manager, this role is responsible for the fleet management of all UGL maintained locomotives. You will be involved in the management of key contractual KPIs relating to reliability and availability, along with the end-to-end management of all maintenance in accordance with the maintenance regimens at the Spotswood Maintenance Centre. About you To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge and experience in fleet management, particularly with locomotives, including maintenance, operational and contractual obligations.
