      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, including meeting coordination and technology inventory management
      - Serve as the primary liaison between internal divisions, IT, and facility management
      - Manage front-line customer service for main phone lines and customer email communications
      - Order supplies and uniforms, and reconcile purchasing card receipts into the state's system
      - Maintain and organize electronic record-keeping systems for key divisional information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience in customer service
      - At least 3 years of experience leading office support duties
      - Strong organizational skills and self-motivated to learn new skills
      - Ability to work in a service capacity and coordinate various programs
      - Familiarity with agency policies, procedures, and business practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating digital presentations and coordinating meetings
      - Familiarity with Google Drive, Microsoft 365, and expense management systems like Concur
      - Background in working with state agencies or government operations
      - Previous experience in a role that requires frequent customer interaction
