      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain training materials for FlightSpan software
      - Onboard new subscribers, including data migration and initial training
      - Manage subscriber feedback and assist in triaging bug reports and feature requests
      - Collaborate with the development team to define new app features
      - Test new features for accuracy and ease of use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Aviation operations experience, with pilot experience preferred
      - Strong affinity for technology and software solutions
      - Excellent spreadsheet competency and a working knowledge of databases
      - Strong communication skills with a user/customer-centric focus
      - Well-developed coaching and training skillset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A deep and growing walk with the Lord Jesus that includes personal spiritual growth and the ability to support others in their spiritual growth
      - Familiarity with Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines
