What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel extensively to priority properties to achieve specific goals for each asset
- Manage and motivate the onsite team to ensure optimal performance
- Process applications, handle re-certifications, and maintain compliance with regulations
- Oversee financial operations, including rent collection and pursuing delinquencies
- Direct marketing and leasing activities to achieve and maintain targeted occupancy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain order
- Proficient in MS Office and property management software
- Experience with the Section 42 Tax Credit Housing Program is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with troubled assets and lease-ups
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret rules, procedures, and reports effectively
- Intermediate proficiency with property management software
