What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify individual member needs and document interventions based on relationships and assessments
- Provide support to members through various settings and assist with support groups as needed
- Contribute to case management meetings to ensure a collaborative approach for each member
- Complete documentation for member contacts, cancellations, and care plans in accordance with organizational policies
- Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians, and community agencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or Peer Support Specialist with experience in a recovery program
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours
- Experience in participating in case management meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel locally within Florida, with daytime travel between 25% - 50%

- Experience in community outreach efforts and engagement with professional organizations
- Background in behavioral health or substance use disorder programs
