Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and operational efficiency, all while adhering to Atrium’s Core Values.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through strategic promotions, upselling techniques, and collaboration with the Culinary team on food, beverage, and banquet offerings.
Team Development: Coach, mentor, and lead a team of passionate F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and supporting career growth.
Event Collaboration: Work closely with Event Sales to ensure smooth execution of banquets and events, handling last-minute adjustments and custom requests.
Fiscal Management: Manage budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Guest Satisfaction: Continuously improve service standards to enhance guest experiences, contributing to the overall profitability of the hotel.
Compliance: Maintain adherence to all company policies, local, state, and federal regulations, while ensuring safety and security for both guests and staff.
2+ years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
Proven leadership, with a strong focus on guest service, staff development, and operational excellence.
Previous hospitality experience with a focus on hotel food and beverage operations.
High School Diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
ServSafe and TIPS Certification (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications.
Experience with Workday (preferred).
