Job Description

- Develop and enhance food and beverage programs to meet company goals.
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team while maintaining positive morale.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, employment laws, and AGLC regulations.
- Collaborate on menu planning, vendor selection, and budget management.
- Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining quality and anticipating needs.
- Experience: 3-5 years in hospitality or F&B management, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Gaming experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to analyze and interpret financial information.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: AGLC ProServe certification and the ability to pass a criminal record check.
