      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards for clients
      - Observe food preparation and cooking standards to uphold food safety and sanitation practices
      - Partner with clients to address discrepancies and develop corrective action plans
      - Teach and coach clients on creating safer and healthier work environments
      - Travel 50%-70% of the time, including some evenings and weekends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Meet the requirements to obtain a CP-FS certification
      - Must pass a pre-employment background screen
      - Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record search
      - Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred
      - Excellent listening, organization, communication, and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
      - Strong technical knowledge of food safety
