- Coordinate with suppliers and restaurants to meet needs
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and monitor service and product quality
- Generate reports on spending and savings
- Keep purchasing systems updated with products and pricing
- At least 24 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or merchandise/financial planning
- Bachelor's degree in business, purchasing, supply chain, or related field (a plus)
- Effective communication skills with suppliers and employees
- Negotiation skills to secure favorable deals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and organize work
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional interaction with suppliers, customers, and employees
