      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft, prepare, and manage legal documents including assignments, motions, and affidavits
      - Respond courteously and thoroughly to a high volume of email correspondence
      - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and business associates
      - Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all levels of interaction
      - Support attorneys in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, including filing status updates before scheduled hearings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manner
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change
      - High-level proficiency in MS Office suite and proficiency in internet research activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, and Vendorscape
      - Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure
