What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate formulary solutions operational processes including drug updates and data outputs for drug list production
- Assess and communicate business risks related to operational automation and IT improvements
- Collaborate with external departments to manage deliverables and address business objectives
- Interface with the Formulary Management Team to document and plan solutions for operational requirements
- Participate in monthly print production as business needs require
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work beyond standard business hours as required by deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in Information Technology
- Experience in the pharmacy benefits management (PBM), pharmaceutical, or managed healthcare industry
- Knowledge of process mapping and workflow techniques
- Proven ability to deliver results in a matrixed environment
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
