      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth with assigned accounts and overall feed additive sales in all channels
      - Develop and execute account growth plans, including sales forecasting and producer meetings
      - Cultivate relationships and leverage resources to identify opportunities for additive sales
      - Collaborate in conducting producer events that promote best practices for additive technologies
      - Oversee daily activities of the sales team and provide field assistance and training as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum 3 years' experience in feed additive or animal health account management in the commercial livestock industry
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and SalesForce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced Degree (MSc, DVM, or Ph.D.) with a focus in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology
      - 10+ years' experience in feed additive or animal health account management in the commercial livestock industry
      - Previous supervisory experience and a track record of presenting complex technology clearly
      - Understanding of the impacts of additives on health and performance
      - Continuous learner with an innovation growth mindset
