      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare detailed reports, financial statements, and presentations with insights for senior management
      - Develop and maintain financial models and comprehensive forecasts based on historical performance and market trends
      - Monitor and control SG&A expenses, coordinating evaluations of investment and cost-reduction opportunities
      - Partner with regional finance teams to consolidate and interpret monthly financial results during month-end close activities
      - Provide data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field
      - Minimum 3-5 years' experience in FP&A or related financial roles
      - Advanced proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft suite applications
      - Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Hyperion Financial Planning is preferred
      - Strong ability to present financial data and insights clearly to stakeholders

      - Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
      - Experience in working within a global environment
      - Proven track record of improving financial processes and systems
