What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain short-term and long-term financial models for all three financial statements
- Consolidate financial reporting from Great Plains and NetSuite into consolidated reports
- Report on actual results against budgets and forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually, including variance analysis
- Collaborate with the VP of Finance on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support Private Equity sponsors and lead lender covenant compliance reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable field
- 2+ years of corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking experience; familiarity with the software industry (and SaaS) is a plus
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable managing large datasets and driver-based models
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building financial models independently and preparing recommendations
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Practical use of AI to automate day-to-day processes
