What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular on-site visits and audits of assigned franchise locations
- Provide operational analysis and training to franchisees to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor financial status, operations, staffing, and overall management of assigned franchise locations
- Develop strategic plans and coordinate training activities for franchisees
- Ensure compliance with franchisor standards and company policies at franchisee locations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Health Care Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of Business Management and/or Franchising experience required
- Superior people skills and strong listening and negotiation skills
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical office experience preferred
