What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the franchise discovery process for qualified franchisee candidates
- Guide candidates through the entire discovery process, from lead status to signing franchise agreement
- Prepare candidates for Discovery Day and provide ongoing support post-signing
- Work closely with Real Estate Directors and Operations team for a seamless transition
- Regular communication with quality candidates every three days
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years' experience in the franchise industry with familiarity in franchise development concepts
- Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Comfortable with remote work and travel to meetings
- Track conversion results and support internal referral program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in hosting signing dinners and seamless transitions to Real Estate and Operations teams
- Ability to build relationships with brokers and drive leads
- Attendance at national conventions for networking opportunities
