What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and qualify potential franchise prospects
- Prepare and present franchise projects for approval
- Manage and optimize a multi-state franchise development region
- Guide prospects from application to franchise agreement execution
- Manage territory within budget constraints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 5 years of sales and/or development experience with a proven track record
- Experience in hotel franchise sales or the hotel industry preferred
- Goal-oriented individual with excellent relationship building skills
- Highest ethical standards and commitment to doing "the right thing"
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including experience with Sales Force

- Experience as a franchise salesperson or in a similar role within the franchise industry
