      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the complete deal flow and sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and finalizing conversions
      - Implement the brand's sales strategy to meet or exceed annual quota targets while managing multiple deals
      - Collaborate effectively with brand leadership, shared services, and sales enablement teams to improve sales funnel effectiveness
      - Guide prospects through all phases of the sales process, leading primary meetings and discussions
      - Utilize CRM tools to update pipeline progress and develop due diligence presentations for brand leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 1-3 years of sales experience in a sales or inside sales environment, with a focus on business development or management consulting
      - Experience in reading and interpreting financial statements, problem-solving, and facilitating business deals
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to perform engaging presentations both in-person and virtually
      - Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office

      - Experience in real estate or franchise sales
      - Proven ability to empower and influence prospective clients to reach buying decisions
      - Familiarity with hybrid work environments and comfort with approximately 50% travel
