What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead in-depth investigations into various fraud allegations, including stolen vehicles and identity theft
- Identify root causes of fraud and document evidence according to company and legal standards
- Monitor and detect suspicious activities in real-time for fraud prevention
- Prepare detailed reports on fraud findings and contribute to monthly fraud reporting
- Provide fraud-awareness training and support to internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of fraud investigation, compliance, or risk management experience, preferably in logistics or marketplaces
- Strong investigative, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with load boards, dispatch systems, or carrier/shipper operations
- Knowledge of fraud schemes specifically related to logistics, transportation, or payments
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar credential
